Meet your Coach
Hello! I’m Coach Fabian — USA Boxing Certified Coach, mentor, and lifelong student of discipline. I’ve spent over a decade boxing and the past several years coaching individuals of different ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. My coaching style is intentional, structured, and built on proper technique, accountability, consistency, and steady progress. When you train with me, every session has a purpose and a plan behind it.
But coaching, to me, goes far beyond fitness and boxing.
That said, I’m not all serious all the time. Outside of training, I’m honestly a bit of a goofball. I’m originally from Connecticut, I have two sisters and a brother, and I’m a proud dog dad to Jeano & Mia, who you’ll probably hear about at some point. I love to travel, I’m a huge nerd, and I’ve lead an online Christian youth group, which kept me grounded and reminded me that leadership and mentorship matter just as much as physical results.
At the end of the day, I want Fabian’s Corner to be more than just training sessions. I want it to be a place where people feel challenged, supported, encouraged, and pushed to become the best version of themselves - one session at a time.
“You don’t have to be the best — I just ask that you do your best.”
